Emma G Gillespie, Journalism Club President
Emma has been involved in Ferris' journalism classes and clubs since sophomore year, and is now president of the Journalism Club. As a senior, she enjoys her classes and her job. Her favorite hobby is crocheting and her favorite movie is How to Train Your Dragon. A fun fact about her is that she won gold at Skills USA state competition last year. She also has played on the Ferris Slowpitch JV team every year since she started at Ferris, as well as having played on the Ferris Fastpitch C-team for the past two years. She has two loving parents, a sister in college, and a dog named Loki.
