Before winter break, Mr. Ehrlich’s 5th period orchestra class exchanged winter buddy gifts. Students all sat in a circle and went around, trying to guess who their winter buddy was. Fewer than five people guessed right. Students seemed to universally enjoy their presents, but there were some people who went above and beyond to handmake their gifts. Azaylia Freeman, a sophomore, Hayes Ader, a freshman, and Georgia Hicks, a sophomore, all took the time to make their gifts. Azaylia crocheted a small reindeer, Hayes made a cardboard shark accompanied by an water-themed painting, and Georgia crocheted a dog.
